Are our smart phones changing our brains!?

From texting and emailing, to Instagram, photo editing, and gaming - smart phones are an integral part of our lives with new research showing adults spend an average of 3-6 hours on their phone a day. For some, that can be a third of your waking hours! How are our brains and physical bodies adapting to this change in techonlogy use?

Join us in learning from neuroscientist Julia Hamer on how blue light from technology is affecting our brains, our mental health and physical well-being. Followed my a phone-less, artificial light-less, candle-lit yoga flow led by YYoga community yoga teacher Lauren de Freitas.
