Flow is an optimal state of consciousness where you feel and perform your best.

In psychology, flow is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does. Flow is also often referred to as “being in the Zone.”

Learn how to use flow psychology to consistently feel and perform at your best. Start training your mind for single-pointed focus rather than productivity-killing multitasking and develop your unique creative process.

This workshop will cover the following 4 pillars of applying flow psychology in your life and work:

1. Meditation: Learn about the two most important forms of meditation for developing your focus and creativity: single-pointed focus and open awareness meditation.

2. Habit Formation: Harness the power of keystone habits and the optimal science-based process for forming a new habit. Learn why too people don't stick with meditation practices and how you can avoid that pitfall and form a daily meditation habit that sticks.

3. Flow Triggers: Understand the 4 kinds of flow triggers that you can add to your daily work or training routine to capture your full attention in the present moment and stay in this mental zone of focused attention even when you’re doing difficult tasks and stretching beyond your comfort zone.

4. The Creative Process: Learn how anxiety, procrastination and your inner critic hijack your creative process and how to overcome them so you can develop a higher level of autonomy, mastery and purpose in your work.

About The Instructor:

My name is Kyle Pearce and I have 10 years of experience working in digital media and online education. I have spent the last 6 years building my self-education company DIY Genius and teaching online courses in meditation, flow psychology and brand storytelling.

I am passionate about flow psychology because it has enabled me to overcome my struggles with anxiety and an addiction to distraction. Finding my focus and apply flow triggers in my workflow has helped me build 3 successful online businesses while working and living all over the world.
