Focusing on the WHY: Using the Value Proposition Canvas to Understand your Customer and Your Products/Services Perfect Fit

Do you want to find the magic fit between what you do and why people want to buy it?

In this session attendees will learn about:

We all know that it’s not just about how great your product or service is, its about why it matters. This might seem like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised at how often we see companies missing this point. Many focus on the great attributes and great service, all the WHATS of their business but not the WHY. Really digging into understanding your customers and why they need your product is vital to business success. What are you solving, do you need to pivot, do you really know your benefits, are you finding the right customers? These are some of the question you will delve into in this session, while working with a simple tool, the Value Proposition Canvas. The Value Proposition Canvas was created by Alexander Osterwalder to help business builders be crystal clear about who a business is for and how it delivers value to them. Used well, it can be a terrific tool for figuring out why anything is valuable. For this introductory session, plan on spending time figuring out that magic spot where your company’s product offer intersects with your customer’s desires and also leave with some take-home tools to work on.

Lunch is included.
