Join the Social Assistance Coalition of Scarborough (SACS) for a virtual question and answer session on government benefits in Ontario. 

Join the Social Assistance Coalition of Scarborough (SACS) for follow-up virtual question and answer session on government benefits in Ontario during Covid for recipients of Ontario Works (welfare/OW) and ODSP. We will be discussing two specific topics : 1. CRB and negative entitlement (recipients in negative entitlement are those receiving a $2.50 payment because their allowance rate is lower than their income, such as CRB or other sources)2. CRB and honorariumsHost: This session will be hosted by John Stapleton (Open Policy). This event prioritizes social assistance recipients and the moderator will prioitize questions from people receiving social assistance. We ask that you please send us your questions by Monday December 1, 2020 so we can ensure that we have the information you need. You can email your questions to: sacs.communitygroup@gmail.com
