Event description

Description

Join us as we celebrate the launch of "Following Jesus:Finding our Way Home in an Age of Anxiety", a book drawn from a series of Lenten talks Henri Nouwen gave while on the faculty of Harvard Divinity School.

The evening will feature Gabrielle Earnshaw and Joe Abbey-Colborne presenting a dramatization of excerpts from this new book, which is based on Henri's insights about what it means to be a follower of Jesus in modern culture.

Henri Nouwen is considered one of the most popular and influential spiritual writers of the late 20th century. His ability to reach large audiences across the religious, cultural, and political spectrum enabled him to touch millions of people through his books, lectures, and workshops. Henri's books have been published in more than 30 languages, with over 7 million copies sold.
