A cheese or chocolate fondue is a fun and easy way to entertain with food while engaging with your guests. We'll feature local cheese!

About this event

Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Fondue brings a fun, engaging element to any meal or celebration. We'll start our evening with a feature cocktail and then get to repairing the fruit, bread, vegetables, and meats that will be a part of a cheese fondue before indulging in a chocolate fondue. We'll be using award winning local cheese and local items for dipping from our friends at Your Farm Market in Woodstock. This class is perfectly timed to raise your skill level in time for holiday entertaining.

This class is family friendly. Class is recommended for youth 12-18 years of age when accompanied by an adult. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the class fee, but are available for purchase during the evening.

Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.

***Attendance for this event is subject to proof of dual vaccination. Please bring your Vaccine passport/receipt to show, prior to entry***

Fittingly named after the year it was built, The 1909 Culinary Academy, has been converted into a chef-owned, restaurant style kitchen of our private, hands-on culinary institute. 

We have a wealth of full time, part time, and occasional classes and camps for aspiring chefs of all ages.
