Food Cost Management

The objective of this session is to introduce participants to key concepts and activities in food cost management and how some could be applied in their individual operation.
The highly interactive session will include group discussions, a Q&A session as well as practical examples.

Some of the themes that will be covered include:

  • What is food cost managing?
  • Why manage your costs?
  • The terminology of food cost management
  • The basic process of food cost management and how it applies to you
  • Basic calculations used in food cost management
