Motherhood propulsed Nathalie Beaupré into wanting to learn about nutrition. Starting her fermentation journey with kombucha gifted by a friend in 2013, she kicked the Coca-Cola habit and has since been enjoying a whole foods lifestyle. She loves to lead experiments in her kitchen with her husband Eric, step sons and sons as the main focus group.
Nathalie's background is in communications and public administration. She is a youth yoga instructor, published author (www.whyamIperfect.com) and Forensic Healer. She gardens, forages and writes, exploring the relationship between mind and body, personal health and planetary health.
