About this event
Healthy glowing skin starts with good nutrition. Join Health Coach Ashley Pharazyn for this hands-on class where you are going to learn what to add to your daily diet to help your skin stay strong and radiant. From juices to dinners and everything in between, you will leave knowing what to add in to your diet and what to cut out to have radiant glowing skin. You will also learn how to make a clay mask that will help clear out built-up and toxins.
This virtual class includes some presentation, hand-outs with recipes and make along demos (if you want). By the end of this session you will know how to chose ingredients that will make you glow!
For every registration, we will donate $1 to Child Nutrition Council of Manitoba. This organization is dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and succeed by supporting school meal and snack programs in every region of Manitoba.
