FOODSAFE Level 2 is designed for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, executive chefs, and others who are responsible for managing for food safety in foodservice establishments. You must have Level 1 as a prerequisite before registering for Level 2.
The course includes a short review of FOODSAFE Level 1, and modules on Managing for Food Safety and Writing a Food Safety Plan.
