As man, you understand the value of commitment, and I'm asking you to risk a minimum six month commitment to yourself and who you are as a man.

FORMAT

• 60-90 minute structured and facilitated group sessions.
• Twice monthly (on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays.

WHAT IS IT?

Men's groups have been helping men learn to become who they are as fathers, husbands, lovers, sons, friends, and leaders since the 1980s. You can read my short article about men’s groups in the Winter CVC Magazine (published Dec 21, 2023). Online version is here: thecollectivemags.ca/guys-talking/

In this men’s group we'll get together to:

• learn a grounding practice
• share experiences,
• support one another,
• and grow together to become better at who we are as men.

Whether you prefer face-to-face interactions or virtual connections, we've got you covered.

MY GOAL IN HOSTING THESE GROUPS

Loneliness, depression, suicidal ideation are killing us. My goal is to create a welcoming community that is a safe space for you to freely express yourself, to discuss the things that matter to you, and to help you build meaningful connections with other men. This is how we bust the health issues that are killing us and burdening our families, lovers, friends, and communities.
