FOREIGN RECRUITMENT CERTIFICATE:


This is ONE DAY training program. The participants of this certificate program will have detailed knowledge to recruit foreign workers, Federal guidelines over foreign recruitment, The Ontario Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act, point of view of other provinces over foreign recruitment, NOC – National Occupational Classification, Authorization – Who may work in Canada, LMIA – Labour Market Impact Assessment, Work without an LMIA under the international agreements and the Canadian interests, Work with an LMIA for low-wage or high-wage employees, meet ESDC standards, deal with work permits, work on LIMA applications and several other technicalities which are required to hire a foreign worker in Canada such the International Mobility Program.



COURSE COMPLETION CREDENTIALS:

Delegates who attend the event will have access to an online exam at end of the session. Candidates who pass this exam could be entitled to get “Foreign Recruitment Certificate”. This certificate is issued by the Global School of Corporate Excellence (GSCE) under its seal. Please look below for the requirements to become a DESIGNATED FOREIGN RECRUITER.

'FOREIGN RECRUITMENT CERTIFICATE' ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business OR management OR Diploma in HR OR three years experience in HR; and

  • Certificate in Foreign Recruitment (i.e attending the full-day course); and

  • Passing the exam (minimum 60%);

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Al Parsai is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. He is the CEO of Parsai Immigration Services located in the heart of Toronto Financial District with hundreds of individual and corporate clients from 20+ countries. Al holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a proud member of the Rotary. Al has written 10 books and hundreds of articles. Teaching is his passion. He has delivered hundreds of courses and speeches in four countries in the past 21 years. Al is a faculty member of Ashton College in Vancouver. He teaches immigration consulting diploma courses. Al believes in interactive training. His sessions are entertaining, engaging, motivational, and highly informative.
