Take time to unplug, relax and allow the goodness of the forest to nourish your body & rejuvenate your soul. Explore the forest through simple invitations and find a deeper connection to our natural world.
Each walk will be 2.5 hours in length & include tea. Snacks will not be provided at this time and additional covid measures will be taken.
Side effects of Forest Bathing can include; Reduced Stress, Increased Immunity, Laughter, Better Sleep, Enhanced Creativity and so much more.
