Forging Cultural Climate Change
Event Information
About this Event
Join us for an evening conversation and exploration on “Forging Cultural Climate Change” featuring our distinguished guest panelists and participant conversation cafe. We all know that the climate crisis is upon us as the science has been clear for some time, but what is the cultural change that needs to happen, for humanity to not only live in greater harmony with the earth but with each other? What role can storytelling and the arts play in helping to forge a new cultural climate? How can feminism help to restore balance to unjust structures? What are the artistic, economic, thea/theological and other strategies that can change mindsets and empower those who are working toward change? Our panelists will share their perspectives, insights and opinions on this theme from a broad-based perspective.
