About this event

Have you or your child ever experienced anxiety? Do you feel your child’s anxiety impacts your family’s quality of life? If so, come join us at Canopy Support Services as we discuss what anxiety looks like, strategies to help manage you and your child’s anxiety, and tools to use to decrease anxiety in the future.

This workshop is recommended for parents of children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Tech Requirements: Must have the ability to connect to Zoom (Computer or handheld devices, such as a tablet or a cellphone).
