Fusion Cardio Toronto is pleased to offer one-time introductory spots in the Women’s Pound Rockout Workout class for new beginners-only to promote a 14-week class in the Fall.

Pound combines easy to follow cardio moves, strength training, and drumming. The combo works the heart rate to a fat burning zone. Once you sign up successfully, a registration email will be sent to you with a waiver and additional information on what to wear/bring to rock out. Totally welcoming moms and their teenage daughters (ages 13 to 17) to create time for mother and daughter bonding.

5 intro spots allowed per class. Sign up now while spots last on Eventbrite.

RULES AND CONDITIONS: Due to last minute cancellations, those who sign up and do not attend class or cancel a ticket 24-hours in advance will be restricted from future class sign ups. New beginners-only. Female-only. 1 spot allowed per participant. Must bring waiver and release of liability form in registration e-mail. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register. Picture and video taking may be taken from the back of the room, if you have any concerns, do let me know so I can accommodate you as best as possible.
