Imagine how you yould feel if you had more LAUGHTER in your life . . .

Laughter makes you feel good. the good feelings that you get when you laugh remain with you even after the laughter subsides.

  • Laughter Yoga follows a body-mind approach and combines yoga style deep breathing with interactive laughter exercises designed to stimulate laughter and cultivate an inner spirit of joy.
  • You don’t need don’t need to be funny, know jokes, have a sense of humour or even be happy, all that is necessary is a willingness.
  • You get the same health benefits whether the laughter is real or simulated. The invitation is to “laugh for no reason“, faking it until it becomes real.

Who can participate?

This is an inclusive group, so anyone needing a mobility device such as a cane or walker is welcome to attend as Laughter Yoga can be done seated or standing.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

It can be tricky to find for the first time so we request registration.

What can I bring into the event?

There is no special clothing required (just loose clothing for unrestricted movement), no mats needed, and there is no twisting or contorting your body to reach a certain position.

Come as you are - happy, sad, stressed, relaxed... everyone can laugh for no reason
