About this Event
Sahaja Yoga Meditation reduces stress and increases wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become centered and balanced. Anyone can do it. It’s also free.
Currently, we are doing online sessions until we are able to return to the Scarborough Village Recreation Centre. This online program takes place every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. We usually have about 10 Scarborough participants, and if you are reading about this event from out of town, feel free to join us!
