FREE TEEPTACTICS MUAY THAI WORKSHOP

Overall the Muay Thai push kick is one of the most versatile moves in your arsenal for Muay Thai. Come join us as we expand and learn the fundementals and more advanced more clearly. The workshop will open with a mobilty warm up and continue through to focusing specificly on this technique. All levels of experience are welcome at this workshop. As per usual this is a free workshop open to public + community members. We do accept optional donations in light of Diamonds Thailand Brother Fund. We can't wait to learn and move with everyone again.

If you are in need of cancellation please do so through eventbrite as Diamond has a capacity for events, and having the opputrtunity to open up the spot for someone else is needed. If you are a no show to the event without cancellation notice we will also unfortunately not allow you to attend any {free} future workshops as this takes away from others participating in the event and keeping the list full when others are interested. So please do your best to acknowledge that you can commit to this day and time, we know things can change but notification of cancellation is required.
