Author and Speaker Jason Lee is presenting an anger management workshop in Coquitlam!

When you Free the Anger™ you begin owning your true potential and unlock endless possibilities to achieve goals for a more enriched life. If you've ever had difficulty identifying and managing your anger, you're not alone! This workshop was designed to help ease your way to open up that dialogue and begin a journey of self-discovery and exploration.

This 3 hour workshop was designed by Jason himself, a Mental Health Speaker and Author of the self-help book Living with the Dragon, Healing 15 000 Days of Abuse and Shame. His lived experiences in collaboration with men's groups, clinical counsellors and mental health organizations were the foundations used to structure this effective and interactive workshop.

The workshop will be held at the Coquitlam Public Library in the Upstairs Boardroom, above the restrooms. The library is located just off the Lincoln Skytrain Station.
