About the Program

Break the Glass Ceiling is designed to support women who want to recognize the value of their natural strengths, be seen as the leader they are, and develop essential skills to get ahead in their career. You will be supported to:

• Focus on the positive changes you want to create in your career, and your inspirations
• Optimize your conversation skills to develop a rich network of connections to help you advance in your career
• Practise taking credit for your work
• Practise speaking up in your workplace, learning as you go
• Position yourself to be seen as the leader you are, and want to be
• Negotiate your way to a raise and/or promotion

Break the Glass Ceiling is a six-month, virtual group coaching program. It’s supported by gender-related research, useful resources and plenty of group and one-on-one interaction to fuel positive change. You can find more details here.
