Please join me for a free online 45 minutes yoga class suitable for all levels.
About this Event
Every Monday September to December join us for free Yoga classes.

Where: Online using zoom platform
The link is sent 2 hours prior the event.
When: September 28th, 7 pm EST
October 5th, 19th, 26th, 6.30 pm EST
November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 6.30 pm EST
Time: 6. 30 pm EST
Class format: short introduction, centering, physical practice, meditation.
