KIDS CHURCH INFORMATION:

Kids Church will be open for kids born 2016 - 2009 (JK-GR6), with a maximum capacity of 10 family groups.

NEW

Tickets for Kids Church will now be PER FAMILY, not per child. Please do not book a ticket for individual children but ONE ticket per family. Whether your child is coming alone or with siblings they will be given one table to use.

When registering please use the First Name to indicate how many children will be coming and use your last name in the Last Name space.

While following all current regulations students will take part in an AWESOME service, designed specifically for them, that will encourage them in their daily walk with Christ!

Kids will check-in and go directly to Kids Church upon arrival on Sunday morning. The service will run the length of the main service, kids registered for Kids Church will not be in or dismissed from the main service.

Following the service kids will be ready to be picked up from the lobby.

Face masks or shields are mandatory for all participants in Kids Church.

PRESCHOOL INFORMATION:

The Preschool Room is for children ages 2 - 4, with a capacity of 5 children plus Ministry Team Members. Parents/caregivers will sign children in at the counter upon arrival to church. We kindly ask that parents/caregivers not enter the Preschool Room past the sign in counter.

Children attending the Preschool Room should be brought in upon arrival to Church. There is no dismissal for children and seats will not be allocated for children attending Preschool in the main service.

Face masks or shields are mandatory for all participants age 2 and older as directed by the Province of Ontario.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Stay home if you are any in your party are not feeling well or suspect you’ve been in contact with COVID-19.

We cannot guarantee that the church facilities are COVID-19 free.

Please continue to respect social distancing in the building and in the parking lot.

Masks are mandatory as required by the Province of Ontario and Region of Waterloo. ["Businesses or organizations must ensure that masks or face coverings are worn by any person (including members of the public and workers) in the indoor area of the business or organization, with limited exceptions."]

We will seat one party at a time in pre-assigned seats. Thank you for your patience and for maintaining social distancing as we do this as efficiently as possible.

Children not taking part in Kids Church will be under the care of their parents for the duration of the service. Please bring quiet activities for your children. A table will be provided upon request.

Doors open at 9:45am.

Please follow Entrance/Exit signs and directional signage throughout the building.

Water fountains are not available. Please bring a water bottle with you if needed.

To ensure a consistent internet access for our staff, WiFi will not be available at the church.

We will need to close the building, including the washrooms, after the service for cleaning so please keep that in mind.

Door handles, hard surfaces and washrooms will be sanitized before and after the service.

An offering plate is available at the exit of the sanctuary if you wish to give using an envelope.
