Join chef Carmen Faulkingham for a night of fancy French baking. She’ll demonstrate how to make the ubiquitous macarons. Next is a lesson on how to make choux paste. From the choux, Carmen will prepare eclairs, cream puffs and that spectacular classic – croquembouche. A light soup and salad will also be served during the class.
