On July 22nd, from 5:00-9:00pm, come spend a Friday night with our friends at High Park Nature Centre.
Enjoy a catered dinner, children’s activities including art, container gardening, games, and a guided evening walk to see bats and other creatures of High Park's Black Oak Savannah.
The guided walk will take place at a slow pace, on a gentle forest pathway.
This is a family-friendly event— all are welcome!
Location:
High Park Nature Centre is located at 375 Colborne Lodge Drive, Toronto.
Transportation:
After registration, Together Project will contact individuals and groups in order to sort out transportation. At the main gates at High Park Avenue and Bloor Street West, turn into the park and follow Colborne Lodge Drive. The High Park Nature Centre will be on your left, before the tennis courts. Here are specific directions for different transportation options:
By Public Transit: Take the TTC Subway Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) to High Park Station. Exit the station and walk across Bloor Street to Colborne Lodge Drive .
By Car or Bike: From the main entrance of High Park, at High Park and Bloor Street West, turn onto Colborne Lodge Drive and park in the spots near High Park Nature Centre.
By Rideshare: For newcomers who are not comfortable taking transit, we have a limited capacity to provide some newcomers with a rideshare (Uber or Lyft) to and from the event.
