Why start a social enterprise when you can buy one? Non-profits are invited to learn about acquisition as a pathway to social enterprise.
About this event
For non-profits and charities, implementing social enterprise as a revenue diversification tactic can lead to substantial organizational growth and increased impact. This information session is your opportunity to learn about how the Business Legacies Initiative can help your organization navigate the business acquisition process, and through transitioning this acquired business into a viable social enterprise.
Attendees will get an overview of the unique challenges and opportunities of business acquisition within the non-profit sector. We'll also examine some of the key insights from the first Business Legacies Incubator program. This session is free to attend and will be facilitated via Zoom.
