At least 1 million people in North America are absent from work daily due to stress, and many are approaching, or already, burnt out. What is burnout? Burnout is a state of fatigue, exhaustion, lowered motivation, less energy and less enjoyment despite good status at work, healthy relationships, and good self care. If you are at risk of burn out, you may feel a loss of purpose or meaning despite good performance in your career and significant achievements. Here are some of the thoughts you may be having:

"I have all the things, but I don't feel good."

"I'm not depressed but I'm not satisfied."

"I've forgotten myself."

"I'm not my usual glowing and vibrant self."

More simply put, if you feel exhausted, start to dislike your job, and begin to feel less capable, you are showing signs of burnout.

How do you recover and re-vision your daily habits to live your vital self?

Join us to learn how.
