Tune in to your self with a guided meditation and crystal bowls sound healing session. Journey together as we release all stress from the previous month and take a moment to embrace what you accomplished and what are you grateful for.
There will be a time to sit, reflect and journal while using our full moon ritual worksheet, this journaling process will be a road map leading us towards gratitude, love, manifestation, releasing that which no longer serve us.
