Join us at Furnace Falls Farm for our Full Moon Dinner with Chef Karen Marx.
To start- Smoked Trout Latke with dill dip and a selection of Bushgarden cheese. Roasted Pork Loin stuffed with kale, cranberry, apple and onion. Parisienne Potatoes (full moon potatoes). Roasted Root Vegetables. For Dessert- Apple Tarte Tatin with spiced cream.
