About this event
About the Experience:
The full moon offers an opportunity to sit in the fullness of your life. It is a time to feel deep gratitude for the many blessings you have and experience. It is also a powerful time to recommit yourself to the projects and relationships that mean the most to you. Let the light of the full moon illuminate what is working for you and amplify those areas by being intentional about the ways you will move forward in your life.
Our intention for this experience is to create a safe space for you to release and deeply nourish through yoga, breath, sound and guided meditation. Our aim is for you to move and breathe through any stuck emotions and held tension so that you can reinvigorate your connection to self and the world around you.
Our evening begins with an optional Microdosing Ceremony coupled with an Intention Setting Meditation. We then move into a guided Vinyasa Yoga practice, a Breath and Sound Healing Journey, and conclude with Meditation and Group Connection.
Your Guides:
Alia is a breathwork + yoga facilitator who loves to create a full body experience for her students by tapping into the senses through sound healing, movement, aromatherapy and touch. With her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Alia enjoys incorporating techniques to connect with the inner body to balance the mind and emotions.
Jessica is a yoga, movement + meditation instructor dedicated to living, learning, and sharing the transformational powers of mindful movement, stillness and breath. Creating an atmosphere of compassion, curiosity, inspiration and play, she invites students to explore their practice with self-inquiry, so that they feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies. She believes the movement practice is a means to coming into a deeper understanding of self, which sparks higher fulfillment in all aspects of life.
