Description

The full moon is a time when energy peaks, then releases, similar to that of a huge, cosmic sigh. During a full moon, universal energy is very powerful and intense. This surge enables you to take action – especially in regards to the new moon intentions you may have made two weeks prior. The full moon gives you the gift of and is a perfect time for releasing something that no longer serves you; or letting go of something that you no longer need in your life; or an opportunity to let go of an aspect of yourself that you have outgrown.

Committing yourself to a full moon ritual is a powerful way to invoke this.

Releasing. Letting go. Unburdening yourself. Purging that which is not feel-good for you.

Through this action, you are allowing yourself to get rid of the old and celebrate your emergence, by stepping out of an old way of being / an old identity / behaviour / attitude / relationship / frame of mind / situation that is not in vibrational alignment of who You are, and that is no longer serving to your truest, most authentic Self.

The ritual marks this inner transformation in a structured, ceremonial way. Emphasising and materializing to yourself and the Universe that you are ready to shed old skin, for the new or TRUE you, to emerge. Making way for new magical opportunities to come to you.


In this workshop you will:

  • figure out what self-limiting beliefs you carry
  • release what self-limiting beliefs you carry
  • create a clear, strong, energetically activated Statement of Release
  • use the energetic power of language and words to begin to release externalized desires
  • learn how to live in a way that embodies and aligns with your truest nature and self
  • learn how to trust your inner knowing
  • learn how to tap into and listen to your inner guidance system
  • learn how to create a sacred space for release and letting go
  • learn how to give yourself permission to forgive
  • learn how to give yourself permission to release things and people that are no longer serving to you and your higher Self
  • cleanse and re-energize yourself
  • release stagnant and disempowering energies that your physical body is harbouring
  • learn how to reframe your inner dialogue so that it is empowering to thyself


Workshop Details:

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: 409 Bloor St E • Unit: PH 2, Buzzer: 1400

Schedule: 2 hours long • 1 hour will be devoted to releasing and cleaning exercises and 1 hour will be devoted to a feel-good yoga practice to allow you to energetically, emotionally and physically release

Price: $30.00 +tax


Please bring:

- A mat

- Blocks and/or bolsters if you have any

- Your favourite pillow if you’d like to use it in your final resting pose

- An open Heart and mind

- A bottle of water or a beverage of your choice to stay hydrated throughout the practicE

- A pen

- A notebooK

- Anything you’d like to place on the altar (crystals, flowers, jewelry and so on)

*if you do not have a mat or props that you may want to use throughout this practice please message me directly, as I have a limited amount for your use that I am happy to bring and share with you.

*There is no experience in yoga required. All levels are welcome.

*Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the session start-time (ideally 10-15 minutes before). And once you enter the space, please honour it with minimal noise, to allow people to tune into the present moment and into their bodies.

*Space is very limited.

*Included in this workshop is a Releasing/Cleansing Worksheet that you will be able to take home with you and reflect on, personally curated by Anja


About Anja:

Anja is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who leads a plant-based, whole food & whole Hearted life. She has been a yoga practitioner for over 6 years now, and became a Registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, and 85-Hour Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher at The Passion Yoga School (in affiliation with The Yoga Alliance) found in the depths of the jungle in Puerto Vijeo, Costa Rica.

Anja has used the practice of yoga, breath-work and meditation to heal the afflictions of her mind, to alleviate symptoms of her anxiety & depression, to cultivate & harness her fiercest creative potential, to awaken & calm her senses and to find stillness & silence in the midst of adversity and stress. The discipline rooted in the practice of yoga, has taught Anja how to master the art of her b r e a t h & therefore the art of her e m o t i o n s. Anja wishes to share this Gift with the world • •• a Gift that is every Beings, b i r t h right. Anja hopes to show every one of her clients & students that they have been given & blessed with all of the raw materials to H E A L themselves through sacred acts of self-Love, self-exploration and self-awareness.
