Event description
Embrace your inner moon goddess, during this creative watercolor workshop

About this Event

Full Moon Watercolor Workshop | LVL 1 - Beginner friendly

Instructor: Jacquelyn Miccolis | Included: 2 hrs of instruction & supplies

The moon is associated with divine feminine energy in many tribal societies. During this workshop, embrace your inner moon goddess, while creating beautiful artwork. This very special workshop is only held once bi-monthly on the evening of a full moon.

The full moon is considered to be the most powerful of all lunar phases. The moon while reigning over the world, glows its full splendor and reinvigorates it's energy to all those willing to look up and transform themselves.

Learn about the moon phases with a moon chart that will be provided and experiment with creating different phases using watercolors. Experiment with using grey salt, pink Himalayan salt, sea salt and Epsom salt, to create a beautiful surface-of-the-moon effect. Last but, not least we will add a few real pressed flowers in or along the edge of the moon to enhance it's beauty!

Participants will apply the techniques that they have learned throughout this workshop and create a beautiful full moon painting to take home and display.
