Under the guidance of Tasha Molley, one of our top powerlifting coaches, you’ll learn the key principles of lifting and strength training. From key lifts, proper technique and equipment use, to effectively combining weights and strength training into your fitness routine, we’ve got you covered.
This session will help you program for absolute strength and dive deeper into the effectiveness of lifting with the Big 5 — deadlift, bench, squats, shoulder press and pull ups. We'll also cover:

Tasha has been personal training since 2015. She has a background in distance running, strength and conditioning, as well as being a full-time competitive Olympic lifter for the past 5 years. She specializes in strength and conditioning utilizing dumbbells and kettlebells with an Olympic lifting and powerlifting bias, as well as distance running. Tasha is passionate about using movement as a tool for not only physical health but mental and emotional well-being. She integrates mindfulness into her training and coaching sessions and believes that the body keeps score, so listening to it closely is crucial to development, achieving goals, and progressing continually in whatever we’re trying to achieve.
