The Ferroque FUSION Luncheon @ Lee Restaurant in December was a great success.  While enjoying course after course of French-Asian creations by celebrity Chef Susur Lee, IT professionals discussed the future of a FUSION workspace, one that relies on the coming together of different innovations and technologies.  To continue the quest to bring FUSION workspace to reality in the Year of the Tiger, Ferroque Systems brings you a virtual FUSION cooking event with celebrated Chef Angus An, owner of six Asian-themed restaurants, including the acclaimed Maenam.

At Ferroque we believe that different innovations and technologies should be integrated harmoniously to deliver a seamlessly powerful working environment.  The essence of skillfully integrating different elements to create a powerful experience is what Chef An has consistently brought to his patrons.  Born in Taiwan, educated in Canada, and formally trained with world renowned chefs in North America and Europe, Chef An has dedicated his culinary effort to re-interpret traditionally Asian recipes with local west coast fresh ingredients.

 Please join us virtually on February 10, 2022 as we cook alongside Chef An two of his signature dishes: Gai Yang (Northern Style Grilled Hen) and Nahm Dtok (Grilled Beef Salad).  Each attendee* will receive an autographed copy of Chef An’s cookbook Maenam.
