Future Im/Perfect: AI Boom or Doom, A Speculative Talk

Technofuturist and digital media critic Galit Ariel explores emerging and cutting-edge technologies, from AI and Extended Realities (XR) to biotech, green tech and deep tech. She delves into the impact of technology on our everyday lives, unveiling the good, the bad and the weird of emerging trends and behaviours.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration is required for this class and begins December 4, 2025 at 12:30pm.

Class is held in the 2nd floor eLearning Lab.

This program is part of the Innovator in Residence (AI and Digital Creativity) program, which is designed to help beginner and intermediate learners build knowledge and creative skills by exploring the latest in AI, with a focus on responsible and ethical use, and its intersections with digital content and innovation.
