Instructions
After purchasing your tickets and signing in you should see an "Access the event" button on the right hand side of this page. The link will take you to another page that will be updated prior to the meeting with the program and Zoom links.
Abstract submission guidelines
We welcome abstracts from all geoscience disciplines, related to NL geology or elsewhere, and encourage students in particular to apply. The abstract deadline is Friday, February 5th. We cannot guarantee the inclusion of any abstract submitted after that date, and we strongly encourage early submission to beat the mad rush of eager speakers who will want to participate.
Please read and follow the instructions below carefully.
• Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words. We ask that you use Times New Roman font if possible, and please do not include multiple font styles, sizes, bullets or numbered lists. They should be single-spaced.
• Abstracts should not contain graphics or equations or special symbols (unless the latter are absolutely essential).
• Abstracts should be formatted as indicated in the example (see email; link coming soon).
• Preferred formats for abstract submission are Microsoft Word or rich text format (.rtf). Please don't send abstracts in other formats as we may not be able to read or edit them.
• Abstracts should be sent to the technical program chair as attachments to e-mail messages.
