Event description

Description

Are you an arts student who would like to develop skills related to Public Art and artist grants for your future career?

Are you an Edmonton artist or artist collective with an idea for an artistic project or would like to learn more about how the City’s Public Art is selected?

Edmonton Arts Council is hosting a workshop for arts students and artists of any discipline to better understand how to submit proposals and applications to the EAC and how to best present your submission – for both Public Art and Grants programs!

In addition to a short introduction to EAC programs and eligibility requirements for Public Art calls and grants, there will also be an opportunity for attendees to discuss components of the application (ie. artist CVs, budgets or more in-depth info about Public Art proposals and Grant programs with organizational contacts).

Click here for a map to the Law Centre on the University of Alberta North Campus. The workshop will be held in room 207.
