Event description
On September 26th 2020, RCATV will be having their 2020 Annual General Meeting online to keep everyone safe.

About this Event

This annual business and trail update event is open to individual and corporate members of the Renfrew County ATV Club (RCATV), to members of the trail riding community and interested partners. Our focus is to provide the riding community with updated info on the status of trails, financial expenditures and RCATV business, as well as the very important role of electing and ratifying the 2020-2021 Board of Directors.

All attendees are welcome to participate and contribute to the discussion, however only valid Individual and Corporate Members of RCATV will be able to vote on business decisions and in elections.

On The Agenda:

9:00 - 9:40 Tech Testing

10:00 Presidents Update (membership, rider safety, warden program, trail work, state of the board)

10:15 By-Law Amendments (Regarding non-riding membership)

10:20 Financial Update (year end 2019, budget for 2020)

10:30 Trails Update (Ontario Federation, RCATV, County of Renfrew and Quebec Region Trails Update)

11:15 Volunteer of the Year

11:20 New Business from the floor

11:30 Board Elections (see below for positions for election and ratification)

  • President (elected from amongst the Directors at the first Board Meeting)

  • Killaloe Hagarty Richards
  • Greater Madawaska (Calabogie)


Coordinator Positions

Directors and Members can be elected as committee chairs or program leads for the following portfolios:

  • Events Coordinator
  • Membership Coordinator
  • Volunteer Coordinator
  • Trail Maintenance Coordinator
  • Trail Development & GIS Coordinator

Alternate Directors

How do you participate online?

In order to keep our community safe, our AGM will be virtual only.

Members and registered guests will be provided with the ZOOM information to participate via live stream (phone, computer and/or mobile device).

  • we WILL NOT be enabling video camera's for attendees, please feel comfortable to grab a coffee and join us without concern for your privacy
  • you WILL be asked to provide your trail permit # at registration to ensure voting members can vote and that we have quorum
  • Details for the live stream will be provided in your registration confirmation
  • we suggest you download the ZOOM application to your laptop or mobile device to get the full features.
