Canada's leading brand in community, cold exposure, breathwork, movement, and education is kicking off 2023 with a community cold plunge - with a purpose.

Generate Your Light, ignite your light within and impact the light of others in your community.

We are plunging into the icy waters of Lake Ontario in support of 100 Day Hydro Fundraiser. We are taking on the cold so that the community doesn't have to supporting those unable to afford their hydro bills with the ability to be warm this cold season. Pay what you can.

Bring with you:

• Outdoor Mat
• Warm Beverage
• Loose Warm Layers
• Two Towels (One to stand on, one to change with).
• We recommend wearing water shoes/footwear suitable for the cold plunge.
• Sense of wonder, courage and the willingness to conquer your comfort zone.

100 Day Hydro

The 100 Day hydro is born from the belief that no one should have to choose between home heating or other essential needs, especially during harsh Canadian winters. 1.1 million Ontarians experience energy poverty and it's our goal to provide as much direct financial assistance to these Ontarians as possible. We are committing to completing 100 consecutive days of cold plunges to raise money for this cause as well as call attention to the healing power of the cold. We are going to get cold so we can help struggling families stay warm! Please support us in any way possible and use #100DayHydro to spread the word and join the cause. Start - December 10, 2022 - Finish - March 20, 2023

If you are interested in a donation receipt, please contact us. We are not a licensed charity. All proceeds will be donated to Canadian Training Institute, a non-profit organization. Canadian Training Institute will be distributing and managing the funds directly to the families that are selected through our application process. We are honoured to partner with Canadian Training Institute on this.
