Now is the time for this generation, our generation, to reach further, dive deeper, and work together to solve problems in our world.

Join GenSTEM on Saturday, November 30 from 9:00am-3:30pm at McMaster University for a day full of interactive tours & hands-on activities! This event is open to all curious minds in grades 9-12 interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).

The conference will be structured as an interactive, activity-centered day where students will have the opportunity to explore and have hands-on experience with innovative facilities and research being conducted at McMaster; this will include workshops involving interactive Mathematics and Statistics, Medical Radiation Sciences, Biochemistry, and world class Electron Microscopy.

Additionally, we will have an interactive panel discussion composed of successful and inspiring students and faculty at McMaster for you to ask questions and learn more about STEM-based programs, university applications, school-life balance, extra-curricular activities, and more.
