Gentle Flow & Restore – A 90-Minute Yoga Experience (In-Person & Online)


Flow, Unwind & Restore Your Energy

Join us for a deeply nourishing 90-minute Gentle Flow & Restore yoga class designed to uplift your spirit and melt away tension. This class blends gentle movement with deep relaxation, guiding you into a state of balance and calm.


What to Expect:

Uplifting Gentle Flow – Begin with mindful breathwork and a soft, flowing yoga sequence to awaken your body and release tightness.🧘 Restorative Poses – Slow down with longer-held, fully supported postures to encourage deep relaxation and renewal.💆 Guided Relaxation – End with an extended Savasana, meditation, or breathwork for complete mind-body restoration.


Attend In-Person or Online

🌿 In-Person Option – Experience the supportive energy of a live group practice in a peaceful studio setting.💻 Online Option – Join from home with our recorded session, available after class for review at your convenience. (No live streaming, but all online participants receive class recordings.)


Meet Your Instructor: Shawna Z

Shawna Z is the founder of the Wine & Yoga Club, a community designed to give health-minded women a place to connect, socialize, and meet lifelong friends who share their passion for living life with balance.

Her yoga classes are fun and social yet educational and effective, making them great for beginners and a non-intimidating way to discover how yoga can be exactly what you need.

Many students socialize outside of class and attend other Wine & Yoga Club events, making this class more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections.
