Are you looking for a gentle form of movement to release chronic tension in muscles and increase range of motion?
These SomaYoga Therapy classes are for anyone who has pain, limited flexibility, decreased mobility and/or balance concerns including but not limited to:
- neck pain
- shoulder immobility
- back pain
- hip or knee pain
The focus for these classes is less is more, slow is fast and no pain, all gain! Practicing with this in mind is incredibly efficient and effective to:
- increase your mobility, stability and strength
- manage, reduce or resolve pain
- establish a sense of relaxation in your body and mind

This registered 5 week group session will take place on:
- Tuesday, November 15th from 9:30-10:45 am
- Tuesday, November 22nd from 9:30-10:45 am
- Tuesday, November 29th from 9:30-10:45 am
- Tuesday, December 6th from 9:30-10:45 am
- Tuesday, December 13th from 9:30-10:45 am

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please wear compfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket (wool, Mexican, heavy cotton or similar blanket).

A full refund will be honoured 48 hours prior to the start of the first class.
There are no make up classes or refunds available should you miss a class.
