Gentle Yoga for relaxation and stress relief. No experience necessary.

About this Event

At the end of a busy day, join us for a gentle yoga practice and take a few minutes to come back into your body, calm down your mind and make yourself feel relaxed and ready for bedtime.

We will explore the subtle and the most beneficial aspects of a yoga practice, minute changes that yoga poses bring into our bodies, helping us unwind and come home to ourselves after our day.

These practices are offered on a donation basis; if you cannot afford to pay right now, you are still welcome to join as often as you like.

This online event runs every Tuesday at 8 - 9pm

What you need

• computer or phone

• yoga mat

• water bottle

• a little quiet space for your practice

• comfortable work-out clothes

Waiver is required to attend the event.

Zoom link will be send to registered participants 30 minutes before the event.

About Your Teacher

My name is Tatiana and I am registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and anyone can practice yoga. My programs are designed to help people find a safe and welcoming space for self-expression and self-discovery. During practices we focus on developing self-awareness, finding harmony within ourselves, and peace and joy in our hearts. Combining alignment, grounding and breathing techniques, I help my students to restore a sense of health and wellbeing.

Besides that, I am a Reiki Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. My passion is to support others on their life-long journey for personal growth and self-discovery.


To reduce and avoid injury, you should check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. Do not participate in our fitness program if you have an injury or if you are not feeling well. Please immediately remove yourself from participation in the Virtual Fitness Program if you feel that you are physically, emotionally, or mentally unfit for continued participation in the program. Take breaks any time when you need it, take water breaks when necessary. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. Program Organizer is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, property damage, expense, loss of income or loss of any kind you sustain as a result of participating in our online Fitness Programs, caused in any manner whatsoever including, but not limited to the negligence of the Program Organizer.
