Kord J. Wissmann, Ph.D., P.E., D.GE
Geopier Foundation Company, President and Chief Engineer
Kord has more than 25 years of geotechnical-engineering experience, joining Geopier in 1998. As president and chief engineer, he has led the company to proving multiple innovative ground improvement technologies now deployed worldwide. Kord holds 17-plus patents, has authored more than 35 papers, and served recently as President of the Geo-Institute. He earned Bachelor of Science and Doctorate degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

David Moses PhD, P.Eng., PE, LEED®AP
Moses Structural Engineers, Principal
David is a recognized leader, designer, teacher, researcher, writer and invited lecturer. He has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering and has been involved in hundreds of structural engineering projects across Canada and the United States. David’s company is a leader and long-time proponent of wood mid-rise construction in Ontario working as a peer reviewer for new midrise guidelines, and sits on CSA standards committees for many practice areas in structural engineering.

Devin Rosnak Hons.B.Sc
Ground Force Environmental, Project Manager
Devin’s experience and expertise is managing construction projects relating to brownfield development, and contaminated site remediation. His wide-ranging experience has made him a valuable asset in assisting clients with moving forward with complex projects, and has particular in-depth experience with in-situ remediation of impacted sites. Devin has also presented on various regulatory sampling methodology changes to a range of consulting firms and clients across Ontario.

Mark Tigchelaar P.Eng.
GeoSolv Design/Build Incorporated, President
Mark Tigchelaar is president and founder of GeoSolv Design/Build Incorporated. Since creating GeoSolv in 2006, Mark has overseen all aspects of the company including Engineering, Construction, Operations and Sales. Mark is a licensed engineer in both Ontario and Alberta. Mark has authored and published many groundbreaking papers and articles, and is the past chair of the CGS-Southern Ontario section. Mark is passionate about the geo-science profession, and has a strong desire to contribute to its excellence by promoting the concept of improved value in geotechnical engineering.

Neil Isenegger P.Eng.
GeoSolv Design/Build Incorporated, Senior Design Associate
Neil’s experience in construction materials, consulting, and design/build geotechnical engineering is vast and varied. Neil joined GeoSolv in 2013 and works with clients to assess project feasibility and works to deliver effective solutions. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science from McMaster University and is a licensed member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
