Tightrope’s Signature Improv Jam

This workshop is for adults 18 years and older

For our Tightrope community and beyond!

If you’ve completed Foundations 1 & 2 with us—or have equivalent performance experience—you’re invited to our monthly community jam & social.

We’ll start with a playful, interactive workshop to warm up, experiment, and connect. Then we dive into a “mini maestro,” where you’ll jump on stage and play scenes with guidance from your favourite Tightrope teachers.

Stick around after to mingle, celebrate, and connect with fellow improvisers.

Why Tightrope?

We do things differently. Inspired by Keith Johnstone, we keep improv playful, human, and fearless. We love clown, physical theatre, and making each other look good. It’s not about being funny—it’s about playing the game and seeing what happens
