Rebuilding after the Unimaginable Happens: A Story of Resilience and Meaningful Success
Over the years, Isabel Delaney has built a reputation in the business community that is nothing short of admirable. A strong leader, supporter and successful business owner, Isabel has captured the hearts and the respect of many in her industry and the greater business community.

Isabel has been in the financial services industry for over 17 years. While working for the Cooperators in Summerside, she was ranked the #1 Associate Agent time and time again before becoming the Financial Advisor and Owner of the Charlottetown Cooperators Agency in 2009. Since then, Isabel has been nationally recognized as an Executive Builder Agency (the top recognition awarded in her company) and received countless local and regional awards.

Isabel's personal journey to success has not been without its obstacles; modest upbringings, personal tragedy, and major health circumstances have not kept Isabel from practicing gratitude and kindness and commitment to success. Join us as Isabel candidly shares her journey publicly for the first time.

Why Brilliant Women Struggle with Visibility
We are surrounded by brilliant, brave, confident women: women who have built successful businesses, personal brands and not-for-profit organizations; women who have climbed mountains and shattered ceilings.

So why are we still underrepresented in so many areas? Why do so many women shy away from politics or putting their name forward for a board when they have so much to contribute? Why do so many of these brilliant women decline speaking opportunities, or media interviews?

Join us for a candid conversation that explores what happens when women put themselves out there, what unique challenges women in the public eye face, and what can happen when we stand up and speak out.

Panellists: Sharon Cameron, Teresa Wright & Catherine MacLellan

Hot Topics
What happens when you put five powerhouse personalities around the table and ask them to talk about pop culture, politics and our world today? Well, basically you get daytime TV. Hilarity ensures over lunch as we hear various perspectives from the "outspoken ones" on the topics we're all talking about.

Panellists: Michelle MacCallum, Beth Johnston, Chelsey Rogerson & Ilona Daniel

Powerful Self Presentation
Let's face it, we've come a long way baby, and the world still sucks for women. Whether it's enduring the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation from afar; reading another article in your newsfeed about the frightening inequality women face around the world; navigating the fine balance between being assertive, but not too assertive because you'll be seen as bitchy, but still assertive enough (because how else do you get taken seriously?); and of course, shouldering the bulk of the childcare, elder care and household duties at home. If we think too deeply, we end up in a cycle of daily outrage.

But we're not here to lick our wounds: we're here to look forward to all we are achieving and continuing to build. In this practical workshop, we will explore (or enhance) how you intentionally define yourself to be confidently you in every setting and amplify your career because of it.

We have reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $149 if you want to make a night of it in Charlottetown! You can directly call Marriott Reservations at 1(800) 268-1133 on or before Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Please tell them you are part of the Get Up & Go group staying at the Delta Hotels Prince Edward.

Presenters: Dawn Binns, Kerry Anne MacDougall & Sara Roach-Lewis

All ticket sales final, tickets can be transferred.
