Description
Are you affected by brain injury/stroke?
Join us for our upcoming exercise workshop,
Getting to the CORE of the matter! MOVEMENT workshop
Holly will share how GYROKINESIS® can be used to improve movement and reconnection for people with brain injuries. This approach helps improve the ways we stand and sit by training the body to move in actions that are in tune with everyday life. The sweeping movements mimic reaching up to high shelves, crouching down to pick something up or carrying shopping. It will improve core strength, open up joints, rebalance the body and generally improve health and fitness. Those with limited mobility are welcome to attend as all participants will use chairs in this class.
Presenter, Holly Bright
