About this event

Be guided by a character from the past who could be a mayor, merchant, ship captain or a Chisholm relative. Each ghost leader shares his or her life and you may meet other ghosts along the way. Interact with the spirits.

Walks are being planned nightly from Wednesday, Oct. 11 to Monday, Oct. 30, except Sundays for 2023. (Spirits need to rest.)

Walks start at 6:30 pm., (7:15 pm.,) and 8:00 pm., with 15 Ghost Walkers (participants) per walk.

Walks last for about an hour. Walks require the ability to walk or travel along sidewalks for about 12 blocks. No pets are allowed. Please let us know if a service animal will join a walk. Upon request, a French speaking Ghost Walk Leader might be available. Please let us know of any other languages.

After the walk, enjoy light refreshments of apple cider and cookies. Also find out more about the Ghosts of Oakville.

Arrive at our offices, 15 minutes before the scheduled Ghost Walk time.

There is parking in the area.

From the North West corner of King and Navy, walk through the big white gates. Follow the path show on the map below to our offices.

Walk through the big white gates. Then follow the path and arrows.

After the Ghost Walk, Ghost Walkers enjoy warm apple cider, cookies and more insight of the Ghosts of Oakville. Interact more with the Ghost Walk Leader and possibly other characters from the past.

Some time after returning home, please share your thoughts, photos and videos of the Ghost Walk. An email request will be sent.
