Join us on Monday, December 10 at 6 pm for an unforgettable taste of Spain featuring Paella Guys, Chef Javier Blanc and Chef Shay Kelly, who will prepare a giant Paella Mixta and an impressive vegan Paella on site. While you witness the creative, elaborate process of crafting the perfect paella, La Mezcaleria’s Executive Chef, Mariana Gabilondo, will be serving a variety of Spanish tapas and from ARC Iberico Imports, Iberico Ham will be expertly carved by a master ham carver. From La Mezcaleria's bar you can look forward to signature cocktails featuring TRÄ-KÁL , a selection of BC wines, and award winning Burnabarian Ale from local Dageraad brewery. The evening will also feature live music from local latin jazz group “Trio Sabrosura”
