GEARS Training Workshops - 9:00am-4:30pm

The goal and vision of GEARS is to empower and equip members like you with hands-on, practical training for the programs and initiatives of the Gideon ministry.

Training will be provided in workshop style format, running on an hourly schedule. Participants must pre-register for the sessions that they would like to participate in, as space is limited.


Reception with International Partners & Staff - 5:00-7:00pm

Join us for a special reception where you'll have the opportunity to meet and talk with our special international guests and Head Office staff. This will also be exciting time of fellowship with other Gideon members from across Canada!

Hors d'Oeuvres and desserts will be served. Pre-register today so we can save a spot for you!

Annual Meeting (Members Only) - 7:30pm

As a Gideon member, our Annual Meeting is an important opportunity for you to hear a review of our financials from the past fiscal year, participate in the election of our Board of Directors and be involved in other important governance aspects of our ministry.

Pre-register to confirm your attendance, so we can prepare your Annual Meeting package and voting materials.
